Cancellation policy

This policy explains how the VARA VIP Membership works, what it costs, how you are billed, and how to cancel. VARA is operated by Oh Baby Nails & Hair, LLC (“VARA”, “we”, “us”).

Membership is optional

You never need a membership to shop at VARA. Every product can be bought at its regular price without joining. You join only if you choose “Add to cart with VIP membership” on a product page or tick “Join VIP membership” in your cart, and then agree to these terms at checkout.

What members get

While your membership is active, you pay the member price shown on each eligible product instead of the regular price. Both prices are shown on every eligible product page.

Free trial

Your membership starts with a 14-day free trial, beginning on the day you place the order in which you join. You won’t be charged a membership fee during the trial.

Membership fee and billing

If you don’t cancel during your trial, you’ll be charged $49.98 on the day your trial ends.
After that, you’ll be charged $49.98 every 30 days until you cancel.
The fee is charged automatically to the payment method you used when you joined.
The membership fee is billed separately from your product order and appears on your card statement under the descriptor shown at checkout.
We’ll email you a reminder before your free trial ends, and a receipt each time you’re charged.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online or by phone:

Online: through our member care portal, linked from every page where membership is offered.
By phone: call +1 350 203 6633. If we can’t answer, leave your name, the email address you used at checkout and your request, and we’ll cancel for you.

We’ll email you a confirmation when your membership is cancelled. Cancelling stops all future membership charges.

If you cancel during your free trial, you won’t be charged the membership fee.
If you cancel after a fee has been charged, your member pricing continues until the end of that 30-day period, and you won’t be charged again.

Membership fee refunds

If you haven’t bought anything at member prices since your most recent membership charge, you can ask for that charge to be refunded within 30 days of it. Contact us by phone and we’ll refund it to your original payment method. Refunds for product orders follow our Refund Policy.

Changes to the membership

If we change the membership fee or billing interval, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then without being charged the new amount.
