Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
Items marked final sale can’t be returned.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.

You’re refunded the price you paid for the item. If you bought it at a member price, that is the amount refunded.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
